Storm

Storm was a one in a million dog. Her life began in Berens River, where she was discovered and rescued by MB Mutts dog rescue. She was homeless, pregnant, and had sustained a serious injury that would result in the amputation of her back right leg. I adopted Stormy 10 days after her amputation, and we were best friends from that day. Storm was a gentle, affectionate, sweet, smart, and incredibly resilient dog. She always knew when a family member needed a cuddle, and was the most gentle and loving sister to her human siblings, Kolby and Brody. The bond she shared with her kids was amazing. She was also an amazing big sister to her fur sister Finley, who misses her tremendously.

Our family is heartbroken, but at peace with the fact that Storm is no longer in pain. We know that she has crossed over to the rainbow bridge where she can run freely on 4 legs with her best friends Sully and Buster. Stormy…there are not enough words to thank you for everything you did and everything you were to us. We adopted you, but the truth is that we were the lucky ones. Love you forever Stormy girl…until we meet again ❤️
