About Sunset Veterinary Care
At Sunset Veterinary Care we provide compassionate end-of-life care for dogs and cats, and other small pets, in the comfort of their own home. We help people care for their animal family members during some of the most difficult and emotional times by providing additional time, resources and support. We help families maintain the human-animal bond with their dogs and cats during the final moments of their animal’s life. We want to empower families in making decisions for the medical care of their dogs and cats.
We provide in-home euthanasia services and quality-of-life assessments for dogs and cats in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. We provide high touch care by providing a generous amount of resources and information to help with deciding when to euthanize a pet, how to prepare for a home visit, grief resources, and memorialization ideas. We arrange cremation aftercare and respectfully transport deceased pets.
