Sam

April 2008 - May 2022

We are so incredibly grateful that Sam was a part of our lives for the last 14 years. Sam was the most loyal, loving, patient, and gentle champion. We can't even begin to describe the joy and comfort he brought to our lives.

Everything he did, he did with his whole heart, whether he was letting little ones learn to pet him, sitting at our feet, showering us with his kisses, going for walks, or running outside. He loved to follow us around like he was our shadow, especially if we had human food and he thought he might get some. He was so good at loving his sister Bella even when she didn't want his love.

Sam had a big bark but no bite. He did a great job of making it seem like he was a hundred pounds when someone new would come to the door. He took his role as our protector very seriously.

His time came too soon but he has left permanent imprints on the hearts of everyone that knew him.

We will forever be thankful that he got to be a part of our family.
