Luna

November 2010 - December 2, 2021

Luna joined our family when she was about a year old. She was an outdoor cat when we first got her, but very quickly became an indoor ONLY cat. If you even had her in your arms at the back door she was squirming to get away from there. My dad said he “did not want another cat”. Guess who was the first person that she claimed as hers? Yeah… so much for that. Much to my dismay, Luna did not appreciate cuddles like our previous cat did. I forced them on her anyway. She loved waking up my mom at 5:30am to be fed RIGHT MEOW!!, sunbathing on her cat stand, sleeping under the Christmas tree, claiming her own chair and chasing the laser pointer. Luna was terrified of children and if she heard any inkling of one she would FLY to a hiding spot in the basement. She did not like sharing her food with the dog Dino, cheese was supposed to be only for her I guess.

I hope you are keeping Tuna company on the other side. I will miss your attitude and sass everyday.
