My boy. I will miss you so much. You were the biggest adorable manipulative suck 💗

You were a surprise 'gift' brought home to me in fall 2008. We guessed that you were about one at the time. The second day with me, your hound dog nose took you on an adventure that had me paying to get you back from the pound. You earned the nickname Houdini when you managed multiple crafty escapes from grandma's house during your stay there in 2016.

You had me wrapped around your dewclaw and you knew it. You were the boy I didn't know I needed in my life and you brought a tonne of love and life into the home.

We had many great adventures at the dogpark, the lake and at grandma's house. Wherever you went, everyone fell in love with you. There was just something magical about you. The boys at the lake would yell "JIMMEEEEH!" when they saw you and everyone wanted to pat you on the head or hug you.

Your departure from this earthly plane was very painful for us but your cancer was causing you too much discomfort and we couldn't let our boy suffer.

Your sister Gizmo had two very active dreams the day after you passed on. I hope you were playing with her in another realm. You were such a good brother to her, the ferrets Ferris, Izzy and Benny and the cats Anna, Merlin and Roo. I hope your spirit is running wild and free with the friends that have passed on before you and I pray that I will meet you again in the great beyond. Sweet angel, Mommy forever holds you in her heart and memories.
