Hurley

September 17th, 2011 - December 30th, 2021

Hurley was rescued as a pup through Winnipeg Pet Rescue Shelter at 3 months old. He was with us through the biggest moments of our lives, engagement, marriage, the addition of both our children and the adoption of our other dog, Zoe.

Hurley was big dog with a personality to match. He was funny, sweet, and very opinionated. He was kind and gentle to both children from the time they were in the womb until the day he passed. He loved every person and animal he ever met, never anxious and always patient. He also loved the snow, and spent as much time as he could outside in the colder months, often rolling and digging his way through the drifts of snow.

Hurley was an important and very loved member of our family. His passing has been hard for us all, but we are grateful to have had him home, in our arms, in his final moments. We know he is no longer in pain, and will be in our hearts forever.
