March 1, 2007 - March 22, 2024

We had the privilege of loving you for fifteen and a half years of your seventeen years on earth, and we'll think of you every day for the rest of our lives. You were such a wonderful mix of gentle, sweet soul and our vocal, demanding chatterbox with such a personality. We'll miss hearing your voice with all your chirps, squeaks and meows. What a vocabulary you had. We'll miss you coming to greet us when we walk through the door, with your drop to the floor to show us your belly. We'll always be looking for you, be sure of that. You never missed a beat and had to know everything that was going on...you inspected everything we were up to. You were funny, and you were smart. We'll miss the early morning wake up calls asking for breakfast, the snuggles in bed and on the sofa, and how much you enjoyed every Christmas, from taking naps under the tree to being excited to open your gifts to dozing off while we listened to the music from A Charlie Brown Christmas. That was always your favorite. We will always miss our daily conversations with you. You always had so much to say. You were one spoiled girl, and we wouldn't have had it any other way. You brought us so much joy...our goon, as we always called you. We'll love you forever, our beautiful Chloe. We'll miss looking into your bright, beautiful green eyes, always so full of mischief. We're grateful everyday you were ours for so many years. The sunny spots around the house just aren't the same without you lounging in them, enjoying your afternoon snooze.

We will always remember our last week of wonderful memories with you before we said goodbye. We cherished every moment. You were such a gift.
